HOW IT WORKS

To sign up for a Money Account, you can visit the website www.moneyaccount.co.za or visit any Old Mutual branch. Alternatively, you can contact the Old Mutual Money Account call center at 0860 445 445 for more information. Lastly, make sure to register for Old Mutual Rewards at www.secure.rewards.oldmutual.co.za to access all your accounts – Money Account as well as Rewards – through the Old Mutual Banking App.

Money Account

The Old Mutual Money Account is a unique banking account that offers two accounts in one. It includes a fully functional day-to-day SWIPE Account and a SAVE Account that invests your savings in a Unit Trust:

• The SWIPE Account allows you to easily make payments, withdraw cash, and perform regular banking transactions.
• The SAVE Account provides a unique savings feature that allows you to save any amount in a Unit Trust account.

The Money Account offers a range of features:

• Deposit cash into your Money Account at various stores such as Shoprite, Checkers, Usave, Pick n Pay, or Boxer.
• Purchase airtime, data, and electricity.
• Manage and pay beneficiaries.
• Quick Pay: Send money to other Money Account holders for free using their mobile number.
• Send Money: Make payments to a mobile number.
• Access the funds in your SAVE Account at any time without notice.
• Transfer money between your SWIPE and SAVE accounts.
• View account balances and transaction history.
• Instantly switch your card on or off.

Personal loans

• Apply for an Old Mutual personal loan.
• View your loan balance if you already have one.

Funeral cover and claims
